Shopping in Store

If there is a problem with a product you have bought in one of our stores, you’ll need to return your packaging and receipt if you have it to any mint store so that the relevant supplier can look into the problem.

Product enquiries are best handled by staff at your local store. Our customer care team will be happy to take the full details, and due to the Data Protection Act they will ask you to sign some paperwork. We need this information to start an enquiry and to carry out a thorough investigation.
